Stop TNBC!
Your gift today will help advance research at City of Hope led by Peter P. Lee, M.D. to help stop triple negative breast cancer.
Jacquie is far from your typical breast cancer patient. She is genuinely one of the most dynamic and extraordinarily positive individuals you'll ever encounter. When her Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) progressed to a metastatic stage, her oncologist informed her that she had only 90 days left to live. Jacquie's response was characteristically bold: "Yeah, okay." That was over three years ago.

Initially, Jacquie started a treatment regimen involving an Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC), which was expected to extend her life by just three to six months—a prognosis hardly reassuring. Around that same period, we discovered a compelling research paper published in March 2021 by Dr. Peter Lee at City of Hope hospital, detailing the potential of ivermectin to convert "cold tumors" into "hot" ones. This approach was particularly relevant for Jacquie, as she tested PD-L1 negative, making the standard immunotherapy treatment unavailable at that point. We decided to incorporate ivermectin into her treatment protocol. Today, we firmly believe this decision has significantly contributed to Jacquie's remarkable progress, leading her to be recognized as one of the longest-surviving ADC patients at her treatment center. The other key factor in her longevity has unquestionably been Jacquie's own unstoppable zest for life.

As fate would have it, our neighbor is independently involved in developing another ADC treatment in collaboration with Dr. Rosen, also at City of Hope. Following a wonderful lunch meeting together, we identified an extraordinary opportunity to help fund Dr. Lee’s critical research efforts aimed at combating TNBC using ivermectin. For individuals like Jacquie, whose cancer has reached Stage IV, there's simply no time to wait for new drugs to gain FDA approval—immediate intervention is crucial. Dr. Lee is currently developing a safe and effective ivermectin-based treatment plan, designed to deliver immediate benefits to patients. This approach could provide patients with invaluable extra time while ongoing research continues toward a potential cure—and perhaps even save lives.
